Thomas Kulhawik, CALEA Northeast Regional Program Manager
Thomas Kulhawik began as the North East Regional Program Manager (RPM) in March of 2023. Tom was previously a Commissioner for CALEA prior to becoming our RPM. Tom served for 40 years with the Norwalk Connecticut Police Department, retiring as their Chief of Police in March of 2023.
Tom received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Phoenix in Criminal Justice & Police Science. He also attended Post University for a master’s degree in Public Administration.
